​1. Registration and Attendance

• All attendees must register in advance. Registration is non-transferable.

• Attendance is limited to registered participants only.

2. Payment and Refunds

• Full payment is required at the time of registration.

• Refunds are available up to 30 days before the event, minus a processing fee.

3. Conduct and Behaviour

• Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.

• Disruptive behaviour will result in removal from the event without a refund.

4. Event Changes

• The Visionary Board reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, or venue.

• Attendees will be notified of any significant changes in a timely manner.

5. Liability

• The Visionary Board is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

• Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for event purposes.

• Attendees consent to the use of their images in event-related media.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content provided during the event is the intellectual property of The Visionary Board and its partners.

• Unauthorised use or distribution of event materials is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Norway.
