Can I cancel or get a refund on my participation?

It is possible to cancel your participation, however, the program fee is non-refundable.

You will have the possibility to reschedule your participation for a future date. Please contact us as soon as possible.

 

Important:

For our onsite training (such as the board training), rescheduling your participation within 90 days of the event date will incur an additional fee of EUR 1050 to cover non-recoverable costs, such as venue, accommodation, and catering commitments.

 

The event is being rescheduled (or canceled), what should I do?

 

If the onsite training is rescheduled, we, as the organizers, will ensure that you receive all necessary information regarding the next steps. If the onsite training is canceled by the organizers, you will receive a full refund

 

Force Majeure

 

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics). In such cases, your participation will be rescheduled.
 

Media Consent

 

By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional use, including on social media, websites, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to appear in any media, please notify us in writing before the event at raja@thevisionaryboard.com.

Liability Disclaimer

 

The organizer is not responsible for any personal injury, property loss, or damage occurring during the event.

 

If a participant causes any damage to the venue, hotel property, or event materials (e.g., breaking items, damaging equipment or furniture), they are fully responsible for covering the repair or replacement costs.
