Terms and Conditions

It is possible to cancel your participation, however, the program fee is non-refundable.

You will have the possibility to reschedule your participation for a future date. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Important:

If you wish to reschedule within 14 days prior to the event date, an additional fee of EUR 850 will apply to cover non-recoverable costs such as venue, accommodation, or catering commitments.

When an event is canceled or rescheduled, we as the organizer are responsible for ensuring that you'll receive the necessary information on the next steps.

If your information is incorrect, for example due to a typographical error, you can contact us by e-mail or phone to have these inaccuracies corrected.

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics). In such cases, your participation may be rescheduled. 

By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional use, including on social media, websites, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to appear in any media, please notify us in writing before the event at raja@thevisionaryboard.com.

The organizer is not responsible for any personal injury, property loss, or damage occurring during the event.

If a participant causes any damage to the venue, hotel property, or event materials (e.g., breaking items, damaging equipment or furniture), they are fully responsible for covering the repair or replacement costs.
